At Pepperina Press, we design unique correspondence cards and greetings using vibrant, original artwork. We believe in the little thrill you get from finding a real letter in your mailbox, and we know that using gorgeous stationery makes everyone feel special. Our notes and invitations are printed on fine, eco-friendly stock – to make you look good when you send them, and feel good when you use them. We want to make it a pleasure to stay in touch.
As a kid in Australia, some of my happiest times were spent drawing and playing with a camera. I hand-made my first greeting card at 14 and never stopped. Through university I drew and sketched, studied photojournalism, buried myself in darkrooms and kept making cards for any occasion I could think of (”May the scrub turkey leave your garden alone” was a long shot, but my grandparents thought it was magic). Demand from family, friends and friends-of-friends kept growing, and eventually my ‘first loves’ led me into the marvellous world of stationery. I came to America in 2001 and left my journalism career to work in graphic design. I always dreamed of starting my own line of stationery, but it wasn’t until Hurricane Katrina threw us to the other side of the country that I took the big step. Evacuated, shaken, but safe in a new state with a brand-new baby, it seemed like the time for new beginnings... so Pepperina Press was born.
